TERMS AND CONDITIONS
All prices are with VAT. Prices listed on our webshop never include shipping charges. The shipping cost will be added as soon as you have chosen your suitable delivery mode.
Selling prices of the different products might be modified at any time and without any advance notice.
We offer our customers following payment methods: Visa, Visa Electron, Maestro and MasterCard. Your credit card will first be charged after we have shipped our package.
There isn’t any processing fee connected with the purchase in our shop.In case you hit problems with paying your orders or you have additional questions, please send us an email to: email@example.com.
We will attempt to fulfill your order with the earliest delivery date possible. Orders are shipped from our warehouse every Monday and Thursday. You will Shipping Confirmation pr mail when the the order has been send. The delivery dates are normally within 2-4 days in Europe and 7-10 days for countries outside of Europe. Delivery dates are not guaranteed and delays may occur.
Bikezac.com ships all orders within Denmark using Post Denmark and to all other countries we use either Post Denmark, UPS or DHL
We send a lot of orders each week and it is very rare that Post Denmark or couriers loose the parcel. However from time to time unfortunately this does happen. If you haven’t received your order within 14 days, please get back to us at: firstname.lastname@example.org.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE GOODS
We will supply goods that are free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 24 months from the date of delivery.
You should inspect the goods when you receive them for defects or damage. If you find a defect or damage you must tell us as soon as possible. If the goods are found to be damaged prior to delivery to you, or defective, we will replace the goods or refund the price paid by you.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
14 Day Return Policy
Bikezac.com offers a refund on all purchases if returned in the condition in which they were sold within 14 days beginning on the day after you received the Products. The refund is only offered if the products are not used and returned to Bikezac in their original condition as described in Clause below:
If you decide to return the products for any reason, they products must not be used and must be handled with extreme care while they are in your possession. The goods must be returned to Bikezac.com, undamaged, with the original packaging and as soon as reasonably possible. You must not remove any of the security or other tags from the Product. When installing the bikezac, please ensure you handle the product with care and do not use unnecessary force. We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed.
Faulty or Incorrect Goods
If the item(s) you have received are faulty or if you have received an incorrect item to that which you ordered, please contact email@example.com quoting your order reference number and invoice number as well as the reason for return, and whether you request a refund or a replacement. Within 48 hours we will then advise you on how to proceed with the return. Once we have received the item, we will inspect the item and issue you a refund, no later than 14 days after receiving the item, or a replacement (as requested) if appropriate, subject to our confirmation of the fault. Remember in all cases to enclose a copy of your order confirmation together with the item you are returning.
If you wish to return your item from bikezac.com you may do so within 14 days after delivery of your order by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org including your order number, which item(s) you want to return and why you want to return it. Within 48 hours you will then receive the necessary information in order to proceed with your return and getting your refund or replacement. Remember in all cases to enclose a copy of your order confirmation together with the item you are returning.
Should your product develop a fault whilst still under warranty, we shall sort it for you.
The postage costs to return the product to us will be at your expense.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
You have right of withdrawal as per international European law.
If you decide to use this option, you must contact us within 14 days from date of delivery, and let us know that you wish to take use of this right of withdrawal. From then you have an additional 14 days to return the goods to us. Please note that you will have to pay the return shipment.
For you to receive the full purchase sum in return, we will need to be able to sell on the returned goods to another customer, as if the goods are new and unused. This means that you may unpack the goods, and gently mount them on your bike to see if they fit. But you may not take your bike for a ride with the product mounted.
Should you choose to start using the product, then you cannot receive the full amount in return.
Once the product are returned to us, we will evaluate its state, and then fully or partly return your money to your credit card bank account.
To help us expedite faster, please provide us with a copy of your order confirmation, order number and/or any correspondence.
